Privacy

Your email address, the shipping address you give us at checkout, and the text or images you submit to paint or print an item. Payment goes straight to our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

To paint your artwork, produce and ship your order, send you order and account emails, and keep the service secure from abuse.

Our print partner, to produce and ship the order, and our payment processor, to charge your card. If something on the site fails, an error report goes to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider: the page, your browser and device type, and the error. It is set up to leave out your name, email, IP address, addresses and the text or images you submit. An analytics provider (PostHog), to understand how the site is used: pages visited, clicks, and how the site performs. It never receives your payment details, what you type, or your address. You can turn it off with "Do not track me" at the bottom of any page. If you reach the site from one of our ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok and haven't declined analytics, we may tell that platform when you buy: the ad click's identifier, your browser type, and the order's reference and value, so we can see which ads work. It never receives your name, email or address. Declining analytics, "Do not track me", or a Global Privacy Control signal stops it. We don't sell your information to anyone.

You own anything generated from your brief. We don't use the pictures or text you send us to train anything.

Pictures you never order are deleted automatically after about a month; files we've already sent to print follow a few months later. Account records remain until deletion. Historical order records, including contact and delivery information needed for the order, remain for fulfillment and recordkeeping after account deletion.

Write to autoprint@auto-units.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold on you. If you use the same login in Auto Units, you can delete the shared account in Account → Settings → Delete account. This removes the login, sessions, saved businesses, and saved addresses, and anonymizes the customer contact record. Historical order records are retained as described above.

AutoPrint is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
